Dr. Johnny L. Mullins

As an African American black male, born in Chicago and raised in Mississippi, my mission is to use my life experiences to assist all with creating healthy, sustainable, and affordable COMMUNITIES.

​My eclectic combination of degrees has equipped me with the knowledge, experience, and professionalism necessary to create the best communities. My degrees are as follows:
